Vila Biela is the work of the well-established architectural studio Endorfine. Its unifying white colour distinguishes it from the surrounding buildings in an elegant but inconspicuous way. The unique shading in the form of window shutters is an interesting detail that brings variety into the whole façade and helps it come alive. The authors of the project are especially proud of the sophisticated layout, which allows you to arrange your flat without compromise.
The building uses a reinforced concrete system, with walls insulated on the outside using mineral wool. The façade is ventilated, which represents the highest standard currently available. The exterior layer makes use of weather-resistant and UV-resistant panels. Internal partitions are made of brick, with acoustic attenuation between flats. The building also impresses with railings made of steel bars and aluminium window frames in matching white.
All apartments will have underfloor heating and ceiling cooling to ensure a comfortable temperature in all seasons. Most of the flats will have at least one balcony or patio. More detailed information about the equipment and technical standard can be found here.
Parking in the underground garage is connected to all apartments by elevator. The entrance to the garage is directly accessible from Banskobystrická Street and is managed by traffic lights. Hassle-free parking at a lucrative location in the Old Town is an added value in itself.
The project is being developed by Proxenta, an experienced investment and developer group operating in the field of real estate development since 2013. In that time, Proxenta has made its way to the top ten largest and most trustworthy players on the development market in Slovakia. In 2021, the group was awarded the prestigious “Developer of the Year” title for its development activities.
